• We ship to Singapore and Malaysia. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery timeframes: Singapore: 2–3 business days. Malaysia: 3–5 business days. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including logistics issues, customs, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
• In the event of a lost or undelivered shipment, please contact us at support@justzan.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, where the loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, or third-party logistics failures. In such events, we will notify you and work in good faith to fulfil or cancel your order as appropriate.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal proceedings. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
