Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use of the product. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the fan and is not transferable.
What is Covered
- Motor: Any defects in the motor, including failure due to manufacturing defects.
- Components: Any defects in the mechanical and electrical components of the fan, such as blades, switches, and wiring.
- Workmanship: Any defects arising from improper assembly or workmanship.
What is Not Covered
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or degradation due to regular use, including scratches, dents, and general wear and tear.
- Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Alterations: Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Environmental Damage: Damage caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions, such as excessive humidity, heat, or corrosive environments.
- Commercial Use: Products used for commercial purposes, unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase.
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@justzan.com. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or photographs to assess the defect.
- Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with a new or refurbished fan of the same model or a comparable model if the original model is no longer available.
- Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to you. However, you may be responsible for shipping the defective product to us for evaluation.
Additional Information
- Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please retain your receipt or invoice as it will be needed to validate your warranty.
- Non-Transferable: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the fan and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any fan used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose or any fan that has been altered, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
